So, i used points and ordered a pizza. I went to the store to pick it up and the two female employees that were there were so friggin nice! I was totally surprised by the level of customer service that I experienced! It's not everyday that I get this experience. These two employees will make me keep coming back! Thank you so much both of you, even if I didn't catch your names! You make the experience an enjoyable one!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! GO TO THE LOCATION ON MAIN ST INSTEAD! The waitress was horrible. 4 hours before closing all the chairs were up and she was cleaning. She was short with us. Her "honesty" was just her kicking us out because she didn't want to work. She was rude and condescending.

Bf ordered one pizza before 5pm around 4:50. I arrive at pizza Hut 5:15. We waited till 5:50, when the waitress comes around checking on us. Then another waitress comes back to tell us "we don't know what happened, I went on break after I took your order" and that our order wasn't put in. So she tells us it'll be another 7 mins. Normally it's no big deal if we weren't in a hurry or anything but I only had an hour lunch and was supposed to be back by 6:13, and I was barely eating the pizza that my bf ordered an hour ago. Pizza was good but the disappointment brought the taste down. We probably could've ordered a pizza on the app while waiting and it would've arrived faster than the one my bf ordered.

I ordered an hour earlier and finally someone came and asked if I was waiting for something. Only to find out that the order I had placed an hour earlier wasn't place in the back. The lady who took my order said she didn't know what happened because she went on break. This place has bullspit service. I heard them laughing and talking in the back as I waited in the booth for an hour and thirty mins. I wouldn't trust to eat here again. I never had problems in order pizza huts. Just this place on 20th.
Let's talk about it. Big pizza chain, right? Correct. But small-town vibes. Went in tonight and had some great customer service and ? pizza. Great

The pizza was good I ordered on line & paid with my card it was 48. DollarsI had a friend go pick it up for me ,They had him sign a ticket so they could charge me again I had 2 charges for 58.dollars So they add on a 10 dollar tip twice plus a whole other charge so be careful they are scammers on 20th street …….
