Very good food, but it was the longest wait I've ever had for a food truck. About 15 minutes of waiting in a line and then 40 minutes to wait for a Cuban sandwich and corn dog. When I mentioned that 40 minutes was ridiculous, their response was this isn't a fast food restaurant and everything is cooked to order. Funny that the two trucks next to them cleared their lines twice while I was waiting and the guy I warned, when your truck had no line that he was going to wait at least a half hour for his food, and he waited for about an hour. You guys should probably prep your stuff better, tell your customers about your outrageous wait, and learn to run a food truck a little more efficiently.

Love primal swine the service, and food are great, just wish open times were consistent. Have swung by on multiple occasions and they weren't there. Farmington and surrounding areas need better food and I want to see primal swine grow.

Everything I have gotten from them has been absolutely 1st class in taste!My only negative comment is that I haven't figured out their schedule! I would love if they had a set schedule so we could anticipate where to hey would be on a given day. I will check Facebook, but frequently find they have sold out of a featured item by the time to get there. PLEASE ESTABLISH A SCHEDULE! THIS customer would patronize your business more regularly!

I had the pan fried noodles with catsu chicken. Amazing flavor in the noodles and the chicken was crispy and juicy at the same time. Can't forget the duck fat and truffle fries. 10/10 Would recommend. Well done Chef's.
