BEST shaved ice in town!!! Hands down!I gave 3 stars because the service could much be friendlier. It’s summer and sno cones people! It should be fun, and served with at least a smile!

Thr service and shaved ice are the bomb. The only thing I think they should work when they have a closing time stay up until the closing time. I've showed up 10 minutes before they close and I can get a shaved ice which is my fav. But that's the only thing I suggest. Other then that everything is amazing.
Normally I recommend the snoball stand. Although I put recommend on this I am extremely disappointed with service and the professionalism of the employee on 7/18/2020. They have changed hours (completely understandable) but when the employee shows up 5 minutes late and then does not open for 15 minutes it’s ridiculous. She kept ignoring the line and went about everything as if nothing was going on. I absolutely love this place but if this service continues, I may rethink which place I go to while keeping it local.
