So I ordered my food on the app and I checkout out on the app as well and my estimated wait time was around 25mins but later got my food after an hour and 30 mins! I recommend not coming to this wingstopThey have you waiting for sometime and very rude costumer service!!

I’ve been a fan of Wingstop. I used to live in Albuquerque and frequent wing stop there. I was hoping this would be the same. It’s not. I personally believe they need a new General Manager or she needs to step up and get to work. I was sooo excited when I found out this place would be opening. It’s not even been over 4 years I think and already it’s got a bad reputation. I keep coming here because I love wings and BWW is worse off (did you see their public online petition to get new management?) people know when things aren’t being run correctly. And don’t use the “people don’t want work” excuse. My cousin who has a servsafe applied last year they said they were fully staffed. And no I’m not bitter about that, that’s my cousins business, not mine. BUT looking at the wall there is only ONE servesafe. In Albuquerque there was ALWAYS at least 6-10! Whenever I have an issue I always get “the general manager isn’t working today…” “the general manager is on vacation…” and whenever I come in I don’t see anyone who stands out with authority or addresses themselves or stops by tables (Hi! I’m the General manager, Susie…” (that’s not her name just and example). I think her name is some Chavez, when you go it’s on the wall. The place is literally run by highschool girls. There is one guy who I was told is a “shift lead”, didn’t catch his name but he looks SLOPPY. Bushy hair, DIRTY uniform, dirty shoes and doesn’t seem to delegate. I’ve been in the Industry myself so I know what I’m talking about. In fact, a lot of the employees look dirty. They make plastic throw away aprons, or maybe have them wash or bring washed aprons before their shift? I also used to make ALL female staff wear their hair in a bun with a hairnet no exceptions. I say this because like I said it seems to be all female, and I’ve seen multiple times them play or touch their hair. Gross. This next part is about cleanliness. Or the lack of. You do know your set up is an open concept and we can see the dirty kitchen as we order right? Maybe have someone run a broom through every 45 min? The lobby is the same. The walls have dust, sauce and grit all over them. The same with the tables and chairs. Especially the beverage area!!! It’s disgusting!! The tea section has literal MOLD and RUST build up. So does the coke machine (which is ALWAYS OUT OF ICE and soda). Perhaps have a timer for filling the ice too? If I were running that store I’d have chores, side work and customer service a main priority. I’d hire a lobby attendant (this place seems to be high volume and can afford it especially if the GM is never there and having overtime to cover her) lobby person would clean off all tables, windows, pictures, beverage areas, filling ice, sweeping, mopping. The music they play there is so LOUD as well. Maybe turn it down a notch? Which brings me to the orders names being called out. Music is so loud you can’t hear the cashiers call out orders, maybe get a microphone or megaphone, give out numbers or pagers. The last time I went I took pictures. The bathroom was worse than a speedway gas station (and that’s saying a lot). Notice how I hardly have anything bad to say about the food? The food is 80% good. Occasionally I’ll get cold fries but never really had an issue with the wings. If I get cold fries I’ll go up and ask them for fresh ones and they don’t have an issue (most of the time). Here’s a little cleaning list I made (you’re welcome). The soda machine filter needs attention, the windowsill all over need to be cleaned, all pictures hanging need to be cleaned. The ice tea drip tray needs to be taken apart and scrubbed. Same with the soda machine drip tray. Soda machine nozzles need to be cleaned (hopefully they’re being soaked over night every night), the ice machine filter is nasty, hood vents way on top needs attention, kitchen ceiling, the windows on both sides of where it divides kitchen/lobby needs to be cleaned. You know we can see the wing tossing bowl holders station too right? Gross. Lobby vents are dusty. TVs need to be dusted. I’ve attached photos.Vegetarian o

The Staff that works at the Farmington NM location r very RUDE !!!!!! We enjoy the food but Hate having to go in to deal with absolute Horrible customer service .. I think wingstop should either being in better employees or give them a training course in Customer Service...

I called for Carry-Out. My order was correct. Got my food in the estimated wait time. Location was fairly clean. Took my order out and ate in my Jeep. The wings were on the dry side which seems to be expected now. The many times I've ordered from Wingstop, the meat just seems to be a bit overcooked.
