We ate in our truck and had to go back inside for some napkins, use the restroom and the cashiers was less than helpful and actually rude and said they can't do it. So I went back to the truck and grab the receipt and asked where the maneuver was and the guy behind the counter didn't know who his manager was and walked away. So I stood there at the counter and some one else came up and decided to give me napkins. They are highly in professional and I'm done with them. I usually come here every time I make the journey for Az to Colorado. I'm going to pick another place in the future they are not worth my money.

Burger was good, but service was terrible and other menu items were not great. We ordered in two orders, second order came out more than 30 minutes after the first. Bathroom was locked, and staff were reluctant to open it for us. Staff were not friendly. Tables were broken and in disrepair.

Too many flies landing on the window sills inside while trying to eat. Order is only right 50% of the time, and the burritos from Baja Taco are consistently better. We enjoy Lota Burger, just dont visit as often due to these small issues.

We live closest to this location. I order regularly there, but orders frequently wrong, have been given wrong orders ect. By the time we get back home isn't convenient to go all the way back..There is a very nice young man there who is a manager, and is very nice about this. But in general the other employees can be rude. I've gone inside, and they have a spot to pick up online orders only, you stand there and the person working the window doesn't assist, so you stand there. I go over to where you order and wait, so what's the point of ordering online? I still order from there, but I recommend checking your order before leaving..make sure it's what you ordered. ?
