The meat is good. BUT the meat portions have gotten smaller than when they first opened. They used to give us better bread than the basic Walmart sliced bread. The sides are tiny portions. This place is too expensive for the tiny portions they gave us. Also their drive thru speaker box is broken and has been broken for 4 years now. You would think with these insane prices they would fix that. And the drive thru menu items don't have prices. You have to pull forward to tell them your order so hope you have a good memory. I put a dollar for size comparison in the pictures.

I stopped at the Gallup location on my from California to Santa Fe. I ordered the 3 meat plate (chicken, jalapeno sausage, brisket). The chicken was cold, dry and had no flavor. The brisket had no flavor and was very fatty. The service was good and the restaurant was clean.

I'm only putting 2 stars bc the facility was clean. But the food was horrible and WAY over priced. 3 ppl, all got pre set meals so no appetizers or add-ons and it was $55+ dollars! Room temp wings, sausage same and the wings obviously were sitting a while. So sick of food service today and if you want tip $ on top of your offerings then GET ON THE BALL otherwise I'm done w eating out.
Very expensive and sometimes dry meat. Being a Texas gal I would prefer Rudy's in ABQ over this fast food chain. Or back home in Texas.Parking: The one in Gallup NM has the worst planning for a drive thru that doesn't work. You have to remember everything and pull up to the window to order. Parking is limited and the surrounding area is hotel lots you can jump a curb without knowing real quick at night.
