I usually order on the North side of town never have a complaint. So since I was on the east side of town thought I'd grad a early dinner and got a famous bowl. I was not happy there was only 4 small pieces of chicken and had more mash potatoes and corn was not happy with my order at all. I will not go here anymore I would rather go to the North side of town. When you make people there oder think of yourself would you be happy how you seved this famous bowl the way you seed me with it?

Was picking up something I could eat on the road. I got the 5 peice tender meal. The food was good. I orderd online so I could avoid waiting on my order. I pulled into the drive thru and told them.i had an online order. The cashier then told me I had to go inside to pickup my order so I did. I then proceeded to wait almost 10 minutes for an order that was already completed and only had to be handed to me. Makes absolutely no sense as to why I couldn't get my order in drive thru.

Amazing...! The girl from the drive through was ?. I mean great customer service. She's a good worker she even heard every word I said over my loud truck noise. By far the best service out here in gallup. The lady's out here usually give me aditude, upset because they don't want to work.

If I could leave 0 starts, I definitely would. Definitely don’t recommend this place. I saw a rat come out from the kitchen.
Ate here for the new BBQ chicken sandwich. Was way over hyped in my opinion. Or either the cooks was tight with the BBQ sauce. Also ordered the new tray, had fries nuggets and a few chickens with biscuits too. That was good.

This KFC was my favorite KFC in Gallup until tonight. I did a drive through and the girl at the window was very rude. First to begin we placed three orders one was upside. She gave us the drink. We explained and she offered no apologies. Then we stopped to check our order as the door was already closed and there were no one behind us. She looked out the window and told us, "I am on a timeline." I believe that that was rude, so I made a call to the restaurant and the person who answered the phone said, "THAT IS WHAT WE DO." To me they are saying we take your money, get the hell out of here, I am done with you.
