Drive up service so much better on Northside than Eastside. Eastside has 2 lanes and one can be in line at least 30 minutes. Ridiculous.

I ordered a medium iced coffee and they put it in a small size cup. I told the guy that I ordered medium and had to show him how much bigger a medium was. (FYI: They used to serve iced coffees in the large cup sizes for fountain drinks but shrank that a while ago and made it more expensive so I was annoyed they tried to give me a small size and making it seem like that was the normal medium. What?!) Anyway He said "oh sorry about that" then he comes back with a medium sized cup but filled to the brim with ice (see picture) I could tell he just filled the cup with ice then poured the small cup into it. I couldn't even put my straw in, the ice was packed. So yeah not gonna order coffee here anymore. Shame because I always get coffee here instead of Starbucks. But I guess I will just have to start going to Starbucks.Kid-friendliness: There is a playplace
