Stayed a a local hotel since passing through. We decided to order off the hotel provided menu. Did an online order. Web site for ordering did not specify when the place closed, also menu did not specify time of closing. We ordered and looked separately for closing time and realized delivery would arrive after closing. Called and was told online ordering had already been halted no problem, "can we pick it up? " We were assured our order would be ready. Arrived and staff was short with me and handed me a pizza box. My bad for not checking and they gave me the wrong order. Cold pizza and it tastes bad. Please go some where else.

Ordered a Hawaiian. Got a....idk what this is. Took our online order, said it'd be 45 mins, which put it past their 10pm closing. So we called to make sure everything was good. Nope. They stopped delivering already. Ok, no problem, went and picked it up. Staff was rude to my wife, and gave us someone else's order. Plus it was cold. Doesn't taste right. Probably the worst pizza i ever got. Don't bother with this place.

Located at the mall. I must say that this pizza was good! Definitely recommend. I had the deluxe and Hawaiian pizzas. Kinda reminds me of pizza hut. ????

Driving through NM and AZ on a road trip; stopped by this spot and the food was soooo good! Staff was friendly and nice too. Would stop here again if I’m in the area. :)

I was traveling cross-country, and the motel I was staying at had a menu for Pizza 9 Gallup. I was a little skeptical at first but decided to give them a shot because they had a great variety of food. This place had great food for an unbelievable price. Definitely get tremendous value and delicious food at Pizza 9 Gallup.
Lousy place for an online order. Restaurant never received my order, yet i have my receipt and they took money from my account, now I have to wait in the parking lot. Typical Gallup, what can you expect.
