Easily in the top 5 worst wings ever eaten. We’ve had wings from all over the country. It’s a favorite food and something we are picky about. Gallup seems to be lacking in decent wings. We got excited when we grabbed a menu for this new restaurant in town and saw jumbo wings on it.Jumbo wings they were not.They were puny, had hardly any meat on them and the meat that was there was over cooked. It was like nibbling tiny pieces of chicken jerky from tiny bones.Now, the pizza may actually be good. We didn’t order pizza due to dietary issues. I am giving Pizza Edge three stars because I can only speak on behalf of the wings, no other food items. The place was also clean and the employees were great. We were pleasantly surprised with the service here.However, for the quality of the wings vs the price, it seriously wasn’t worth it and left us wishing there was a Wingstop in Gallup.If you are looking for a good, local wing with great flavor, try the red chili wings from Fratelli’s.

Came in on a Thursday night. There's booths to sit and dine. The place smells good and fresh. The location is clean. The bathrooms are immaculately clean with changing tables (even in the men's room). The store room was open and everything in there is organized, stacked nicely, and clean.House special pizza was perfectly balanced with toppings and the crust was just right - crispy and soft.Wings (ordered plain with sauce on the side) were crispy. They're not seasoned, but they are meaty and crispy and the sauce is so good. I got mango habenero - perfect balance of sweet heat.Cheese bread sticks were perfectly cheesy with a butter garlic taste. Nice and soft too. They twist the bread so you can eat it like bread bites.Our 2 kids got ice cream for free with their on the door special. I snuck a taste of each. The ice cream is so good! Creamy, rich, flavorful.We've been to the other popular pizza places in Gallup. This is by far the best pizza joint.Kid-friendliness: They have changing tables in men and women's rooms, space between booths so our kids don't knock heads with customers behind us, and free ice cream for kids under 12 with a pizza purchase.

My favorite restaurant in Gallup. The food was absolutely fantastic. The wings were perfectly crispy and had a good flavor. We did the wings plain with sauce on the side - mango habenero was well balanced with the right amount of heat. The pizza was fantastic with a great tasting crust. The cheesy breadsticks have the perfect balance of garlic and butter, with plenty of cheese.The restaurant is also well kept. Everything was very clean, including the bathrooms, which is rare in Gallup. They also had baby changing stations in the bathrooms, which is even rarer in Gallup.Kid-friendliness: Ice cream is available for the kiddos, and they have diaper changing tables in the bathrooms
