If I could give a half ⭐ I would. We pulled in and pressed the red ? button... nothing we went to the drive-in but it was very crowded. Decided to go to the West side Sonic instead...way better service,they immediately answered the button and I quickly got my food ?

Came here Twice. Could use a new order personnel. Made simple order requests and boy was attitude and temper higher than her customer service... Other workers made up for this persons

Our regular go to when we in Gallup, most of the time friendly quick service, occasionally we get a moody person, but not enough to complain about. Orders mostly correct, and food is always hot and delish.

Managers and carhops can be biased. Waited 25 mins for 1 corn dog. Do better management, one item shouldn’t take that

I love sonic, but this location did not live up to standards. We were served old burgers that seemed to have been cooked earlier in the day- they were cold and dry and the cheese was also cold not melted We had to ask for ketchup three times also before they brought any- and it was included in our original pickup order Definitely not fresh
