Food was good, it's Sonic, but sometimes it's not prepared right. The service was GREAT! They were patient with us, because we couldn't decide what we wanted. Atmosphere, we didn't go inside but if it was like the people I imagine it would have been a 5 star.

I am a Doordasher and had an order that took every bit 45 minutes to receive. That was after about 10 minutes to get to the restaurant. Thats 55 minutes minimum to complete the order. It pretty much ended any other orders that I could have picked up.

NEGATIVE 10 ZERO STAR!!! On 12/02 @1:02pm we were waiting at the speaker box for over 20mins and kept saying hello and no was answering so we went to the window we waited an additional 5mins and the older lady came to the window we told her we were waiting at the speaker box for a long time but no one was answering she just slammed the window close and didn't address our concern or EVEN take our order. THE WORST PLACE TO GO, LONGEST WAIT IN LINE, LOUSEY CUSTOMER SERVICES and IF ANYONE IS SEEING THIS REVIEW YOU WOULD BE WISE AND save your money don't even waste your time

WORST Sonic in America!The building is falling apart, and the staff is undertrained, rude, and lacks any customer service skills. Asked a staff member, "It has been 40 minutes at drive thru window what is taking so long." His response was the food. I canceled my order and demanded a refund at that point.WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SONICDO NOT GO TO THIS SONIC...

Their ordering drive up stations sucked. We're craving the burger, tots and strawberry shake. Waited 15 mins for someone to respond.. then I just pulled up to two other ordering machines.. to get someone elses attention. finally got someone after my mom had to go inside. It wasn't that busy either. Ughhh Gallup.. that's why we never get to-go food there. They just don't care.. customer service is not in their vocabulary.

Drink deliverer waz great,prices good...order taker...she waz not so great or good just rushed you to order and made me feel like my order waz not good enough,I just wander how the other customerz were treated az well and what they felt about that feeling of being rushed...and the place waz not busy cuz I've seen it busy and at this time it waz not...I just wander about why the order taker iz even working there...?
