Barista with the red hair was a doll, told me all about the location and beautiful mural. She also kindly remade my drink and literally made it better than expected. Utter perfection. Had actually ordered on the app for the drive thru and only had gone in because my son had to use the restroom and I needed to order something I couldn't access on the app. Glad I stopped in! Next time the family drives to Cali, this will be an extended stop to enjoy a well crafted custom beverage.

Can’t get the order right, even on the second try. Just went through their drive thru, ordered three drinks. They only got one of the three right. We waited to have one of the three fixed, as it was specifically ordered dairy free for an allergy and they put the whipped cream on it. The “fixed” drink still had a layer of white cream over the top. It was a caramel apple spice drink, there should be no white. This is the kind of customer service that will kill you if you have an allergy. Not to mention waste your money.

Lady at the counter taking orders was rude, seemed like she didn't want to be there. She put in and charged me for items I didn't order. The tables and chairs where dirty. I would have liked to sit awhile and order another cup but when I asked someone at the counter to wipe ,she wiped the kitchen door and disappeared.

Ordered the same drink I get every single day at other locations, did not at all taste like the drink I get. It didn’t even look like a shaken espresso or taste like one. And the line was extremely long and slow and service is subpar. Would recommend visiting Gallup coffee company downtown or Java drip for coffee and service worth your time and money.

At first the lady was so helpful... then she got busy... then she started to ring us up and she wouldn't let us use get our points. I kept trying to be nice and found out she was the manager This really made me sad. I just feel like we have lost our way in customer service... even if you get busy... you shouldn't throw things around... be passive or ignore your customer when they try to ask how your days going. that's just common humanity I think. Idk maybe she was just having a bad day? I've been here before and haven't felt this uncomfortable ?. Well update on my next visit.

Waited over 30 minutes for a hot coffee, the staff are lazy and the manager is rude, guess they have to hand grind the coffee beans here

It's faster if you go inside and order. You can also find out faster if they are out of ingredients rather than waiting in line for the drive thru to find out they are out. Nice place for first time
