I typically would not rate a Taco Bell. I love TB! But this one was terrible. If passing through Gallup, go to one of the other two Taco Bells, please. The taco shells were stale, the crunch wrap was missing the hard shell, the pop was flat, and there was no bathroom access. Just not a good time ?

Drive thru has no customer service. Same guy always there in the AM, hire new workers that smile and look attentive.

The parking lot has a lot of construction. Parked to eat at Denny's and witnessed a taco bell employee come in to complain that I had parked there. Very rude. Get signs if it's that serious in a PLAZA!! Rude lady!

Don't waste your time at this location. Sad customer service and the store is locked during business hours! They got my order wrong and tried to have this corrected. Nobody to answer the door or phone. Had to wait in line in the drive thru again. Plus there was no manager on duty.. I demanded a refund, I'm not spending money at a disappointing location.
