Ten minutes before closing, I called to find out where my 2-hour old order was. I was told the ran out of cherry cheesecake (must have been real popular tonight). They said they would replace it with pumpkin cheesecake. Less than 5 minutes later the delivery driver shows up with my now two-hour cold pizza and a kiddie cup (as opposed to the 2-liter Pepsi I ordered.) Still didn’t see the cheesecake. I opened the pizza box and the pizza was ice cold. Rather than admitting a colossal customer service blunder, the delivery driver starts making excuses as if it was all my fault the order was screwed up.

We came in as a group of five and ordered two pizzas, we waited 45 minutes and they only brought one pizza. The waitress said the second pizza would be out soon. We continued to wait in a mostly empty restaurant with empty drinks, at this point it’s been well over an hour. They forgot to even make the second pizza. Waste of time, I most definitely won’t be back

We ordered delivery of a bbq chicken pizza and a veggie pizza. The former had very little sauce and was generally considered a bit of a misstep, but the veggie pizza was quite good. I'm not a fan of the Pizza Hut type crust, but that's a matter of taste and others liked it. We really appreciated delivering to us way out of town, and pretty fast as well. The plates would usually be unnecessary but we were just visiting so it was nice to not dirty any plates.

No napkins or plates offered. Pizza was burnt. I did order the thin crust... but apparently not a good choice. I was told it was supposed to be this way... dry, curled edges, just very disappointing. No box offered. Had to ask for the check.... After asking to speak to the manager, my server said she was it. I said I didn't want the pizza because was inedible. Extremely dry and over cooked. That was met with a defensive response regarding how busy they were....3 tables when I came in at 12:45. Just don't order the thin crust. I like their pizza and have been here several times before. Lame experience.
