The service was great, but the wings were awful! They were fried too long and extra crunchy. Not the type of crunchy you want for buffalo wings because it is not fried chicken we are eating. The wings are also and have always been too small to be as overpriced as they are. It was so disappointing.The tables were not getting clean quickly that we had to go to be seated at one table and then another one because they were dirty. The floors were a bit too messy for me too.Vegetarian options: There are salad options and meatless appetizer options, but it is not vast.Parking: There is parking in the front, the back, and sides.Kid-friendliness: The menu offers various options for the kiddos from tenders to wings.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. One story flat. Low top tables for individuals who use wheelchairs.

The facility was not kept up with. The tables were not clean that were empty. We ordered our meals separately, and they brought one plate out and forgot about mine. I watched a big table of ten or more get drinks, appetizers, and their meals. We had to wave down the waitress so she could go find my food, that was cold by the time I got it. Management needs to get a hold of this facility and turn it around. I do not recommend eating here at this location.

Walked in and sat down, kept waiting for a waitress, finally flagged one over there. Asked her for a menu, said she would we have to order through our phones but she coulld ask manager if we could have a menu. Neither of us brought in our phones, we got up and walked out. Even if we had our phones, we would have walked out. Will not order through a phone and do self service like walmart and then be expected to tip...No damn way!!!!

I never got a chance to order anything because there was one employee in the whole restaurant . No one in the restaurant had food yet so we decided to leave. Luckily there was a FANTASTIC Applebees just down the road. So if you are reading this, just go there.

Never seen a BWW with such a poor rating, but now I see why. Long wait at the door with seats available, but that’s not even that bad. The total lack of acknowledgment was the worst. And you don’t get a server, it’s all airport style. Scan and order online. We just left and they didn’t even notice.
Better off going to allsups for a good ol burrito… worst place in Hobbs.

Atmosphere- I hate to give bad reviews but this place needs some new management! One when we walked in I immediately noticed they need to mop the floor. It was almost slippery because it was gross. Only the bar area was open which is fine it was lunch and wasn't busy.Food- I ordered the sampler and the boneless wings came out super greasy and dark brown? I told the waitress I wanted to send them back and he informed me that they were fine it eas because their grease was dark and has been for the last 4 days? She then proceeds to tell me she dosent even eat there! Ummm what? Food was not worth 18.00Service- Food came out fairly quickly although it wasn't good. Our waitees brought it and then disappeared into thin air and we had to get someone else to check us out.I love BWW but this one definitely needs some serious work!
