Tried to order carryout at 10pm, called the store n they hung up on us before we could say anything so we went to the store..employees rudely turned us away saying they were closed.. Delievery truck was leaving to deliver a pizza, and store hours said open til 1am.. Disappointed in the lack of

The staff was fast and friendly but the staff member making and handling the food made my entire order without wearing gloves after handling the computer, and not just my order all the orders in that store that I watched him make/handle while I sat and waited on my own order. I'm not sure I'll be going back to that store again. ?So sad too cause it's so convenient to the house.Also, no we didn't eat any of that food, which sucks cause that's money down the drain.***just learned that they don't wear gloves to handle food, they just "wash really well."

It's not gourmet pizza, or even my favorite, but this Domino's Pizza deserves credit.My brother tends to order for delivery at his house.The delivery drivers always come from this restaurant. (There's a second location in Hobbs.) They all have been super friendly and gotten the pies and wings he ordered to us hot.That being said, one of my deliveries ended up being incorrect. I got a free two-topping medium pizza over the ordeal, but from then on I started ordering for pickup.This method is so much quicker. Especially if you park in a designated spot and checkin when you arrive. Their parking lot is super d**** but you'll figure it out.I will say that every time I have walked in I have been immediately acknowledged - even when the Dallas Cowboys are playing. That's saying something in this town!Their pizzas haven't been quite as greasy as times before. But yeah, still greasy enough to stop the squeaky in that old car door hinge. Lol. Their new loaded tots are alright. Something different. My kids love their lava cakes. The bone-in chicken wings are superior to the boneless ones. Just saying.Until the next Italian sausage with green peppers and thin crust craving...

I had the opportunity to visit this store and I'm rather disappointed when I walked in there were two employees discussing subject matter that's offensive and as I stood there the third employee had to ask someone to assist me I had preordered my food so it wasn't like they had to take a new order I will be returning again to see if things have improved the food was great and the store was clean looking but just the attitudes of the employees wasn't very pleasant!

Jesse is an excellent example of great customer service. He took care of a problem that the other dominos failed to even try to resolve. Thank you again from my family, for helping us with dinner on a busy crazy night ♥️
We order there all the time. The day time manager is wonderful. Tonight, as usual, I was hung up on several times. Management rude and not at all helpful. Winded up ordering from another local place. Will not be calling again after the am shift leaves. Poor service, poor attitude, sad because this town is small enough. Upper management should really reconsider their pm staff.

I’m not from around here but I was in town and never had dominos before. Wendy was very helpful and informed me in all the good deals. The crew there was super fast and I got my food in no time and it was super delicious, I will definitely be going again. It’s hard to find good customer service like that!
