3 items that I was able to eat being a vegetarian. Those 3 items were rice, noodles, and spring rolls.My fiends were able to eat all items and proclaimed they all were tasteless and overcooked and spent too much time under the heat lamps. As the veg items were as well.

This one is the Chinese buffet by Albertsons in Hobbs NM and I try to be fair and honest. Nothing was labeled so I tried what I knewThe chow mein was bright orange and devoid of any flavor. The broccoli with cheese was a little too greasy for me, and the general tso was pretty good. I enjoyed it as well as all of the shrimp. We tried all the shrimp and the garlic shrimp was a little too salty, but good anyway. The green beans, my absolute favorite in any Chinese establishment, was good, but not much flavor. We quit eating here a few years ago due to the quality so I'm not sure we'll be back. I'm giving 3 out of 5 ⭐️

Didn't get to eat cause a some person came up and told us she got sick from eating there and she dint look like she ever went there . Talked to the manager and they gave her a to go bag ? WTH , I can't eat after that she told us that but then leaves with free food . Why ?

I’m not a big fan of Chinese food I only come here because 1 it’s my child’s favorite place and 2 the owner is very welcoming. It’s a very clean place and food is fresh but over all I was VERY IMPRESSED BY OWNER WHEN I SEEN 2 homeless men come in & the owner right away went and serve them a bowl of food at no cost❤️?? I believe this is the reason why he is so blessed with his business
Skoo Lin and hisTeam try to go out of their way to make your food experience just right.. if the buffet doesn't look fresh enough for you, just ask, they have alot of menu choices in the kitchen.. ?
