I love the salads here but lately you can tell it’s been sitting for sometime also checked date and it was dated for the day before so basically expired and is pretty wilted other than that great staff very friendly

I ordered a BBQ Cubano sandwich. When I got home I was disappointed that half the sandwich was missing -- there was no ham or cheese on it. Very disappointing.Update: I did contact support. I got the following message: "Thank you for reaching out to the Firehouse Subs Guest Services Team! We are sorry to hear there was an issue with your Cuban sub missing the Ham and Cheese! As we do not have access to payment information here at Guest Services, I have forwarded a copy of this issue to the management and restaurant owner of this location, who I requested to follow up with you to ensure that we can get you the resolution at the restaurant level."

Daytime wonderful last time we ordered online waited over 30 minutes past promised time. Call manager wasn't any help. Food wasn't right when we got it. Was very disappointed

I order sandwich and a potato soup to go walked outside potato soup was missing I walked back inside it took about 5 minutes to fix me a soup went outside was completely cold not just cold that was coming out of the fridge

Terrible service. They always get the order wrong. They can't make a sandwich right... you put the vegetables (wet stuff) in between the meat and cheese (dry stuff) so that the bread doesn't get soggy. By the time I get home to eat with family the bread is nasty mush. Disgusting. On top of this their food even the edible part makes us all sick. Just another typical Lea County experience. Worst place in America for food.
It's Sandwiches it's not that hard, if I order something and say I don't want somthing on it, just don't put that thing on it. 3rd time I've asked to exclude mayo and yall some how mess it up, so let me clarify if I don't want mayo, tomatoes, or deli mustered, I do not mean, just meat and cheese, I do not mean add it any ways, I do not mean add your nasty hair and also keep the thing I asked you to not put on there. This isn't optional, I paid money to eat what I ordered not whatever you felt like making.

Love their food and support for fire, police, and the military. What bugs me is in the drive thru getting the electronic hand-held machine asking for a tip. All they did was answer the speaker and hand me a bag of food?
