I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette for pickup and they forgot the hollandaise sauce and I only got two pancakes instead of three and and they were not cooked all the way they were still doughy on the inside

My husband and I went along with our kids and little sister around 12am because it was the only place open. Food was good, waitress was okay. The waitress and some other staff member were what seemed to be arguing in Spanish. My sister is fluent in Spanish and was able to hear the arguing, I heard it also as we were sitting right across the kitchen and it was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I had sworn off IHOP years ago, but my wife wanted to get IHOP and told me to give it a chance again so we did. Maybe it's gotten better since the last time? Nope. We were 1 of 4 tables in the restaurant and we didn't get drinks for 20min. We eventually got our order in and when we finally got our food, it was just slightly better than cafeteria food. The burgers were dry, the fries were bland, and we had to wait ANOTHER 40min before we got refills. Honestly, this place used to be good 12 years ago, but now me and my wife are definitely never coming back. If I want the same kind of food but better? I'll just get Denny's
