I order the same sandwich pretty often and never have any problems although this time my food had hair in it and it was definitely not the same color as mine. Highly disappointed.

I keep coming back to give them another chance because I love McAlisters at other locations. HOWEVER, this location is the worsttttt either your order will be wrong , not made well , or take forever . I don't know how this place stays in business . Someone please help them!
