The new remodel requires the restaurant to provide a better quality of service since nothing is accessible for self service. I understand the reasoning for the limited access to drinks, ketchup etc.With that being said. My food has been almost cold while dining in. The facility is dirty and I have watched several customers walk out due to no contact from staff.Coming through the drive through I have had to wait for drinks. I received my food but was asked to park and wait for drinks. This seems like a very poor efficiency in a fast food service.

This place never gets stuff right like dang like every time I go there they mess up by giving me a other person’s order or just getting it wrong I asked for the spicy deluxe and idk what they gave me then they forgot some of my food and I was so cunfused why then I had to go to a wayyyyy other McDonald’s because they don’t ever listen like please fix the crew because it’s always the same person that gives me the weird order

Destiny She was very rude in the drive through. When I pulled up only 1 person was ahead of me in both lanes. I said hello after she took the other lanes order and not mine then she proceeded to take 2 more orders before mine in the other lane which all pulled up after I did. She was short taking my order didnt offer the normal extras that is normal. Jist the interaction itself should have been better.

I ordered trough the drive and I was sent to lane 2 where I literally waited 20 minutes for my food then I had to call the restaurant while waiting and had to repeat my ordermy son was starving at this point they were sending everyone to wait as well and they also waited forever by the time food came out it was so cold was a total disaster the order was wrong and the burger was gross the cheese was cold however the lady who brought it out was nice will not be coming to this McDonalds again.
