We have not been to the Pacific rim in a long time it has changed a lot the food was really good and the service was great highly recommend

No wait to come here. Sunday night and we were seated in a booth next to a loud drunk party of people. Could not hear eachother talk over the cackles coming next to us. Waited 45 minutes for food then a loud band started playing in the next room over and drowned out the loud people next to us. Now we really couldn't hear eachother. This place's reviews and description painted this place as an elegant quiet restaurant with a unique asian cuisine. This could not be the farthest from the truth. This place is nothing but an overpriced bar for the drunks to ruin. Our food arrived and the lady dropped two plates of food right on the floor and it shattered and hit our legs. We only received 2 of our 4 meals because the rest was on the floor. We immediately asked for to go plates for what we did get. Getting our check and leaving this horrendous place. We will NEVER be back and NEVER recommend this place to anyone. We will warn everyone we know to steer clear.

Ordered a shrimp/ pasta dinner,almost finished eating, and got a big piece of wire in my mouth !!!! Reported this to owner, his only comment was oh yea, I think I know where that came from !?;!, Later....When I cashed out,the cashier got me 1 drink comps, off my tab !!comp'd me pat of the.tab !!! On other visits, dinners have come out, NOT as ordered to prole i was with ! !!!!

Food was mediocre I got the filet mignon and there was a toothpick in it and I couldn't see it, also I had to send it back because it was overcooked, and after sending it back it came back still not how I ordered it, drink was only refilled once, sweet tea was good. It was way too expensive for that experience.

Ordered salmon and it was so old it absolutely stank. Didn’t bother to eat much or that from fear of getting sick and the shrimp were also clearly not fresh and undercooked. Veggies were ok, crab Rangoon sauce had a huge long hair in it, sorry but I can’t believe this place has any good reviews.

Use the side door for take-out pick up. Food was bland. Really over priced. Noodles where not done right. And fried rice was flavorless, but did have good portion of meat.

Wife and I went for a date night. We went a few months back and got dish that had chicken. It was very chewy. We gave another shot and got sizzling steak tips. Pretty much a steak stir fry. Wasn’t impressed at all.

This restaurant is a nice little Asian cuisine surprise in Hobbs.There's lots of great drink options, spacious bar and a wide variety of wines so of you're looking for a relaxed bar atmosphere this might be for you.The menu is easy to follow and read, can definitely recommend their sushi and personalized stir fry! Vegan options are available as well, they'll gladly explain which dishes have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.They also offer private dining rooms for small, medium and large parties, reunions and any kind of celebration you can think of. Instant 5 stars!
Food was great, but the Waiter was worthless. Every time he came to the table he was apologizing. He was never around to get drink refills. Anytime we asked for something, it took him 20 minutes to bring it. That's not acceptable. Worst service I've had anywhere. I truly wanted to leave a $0 tip, but left 20 anyway. I don't believe we will be returning. Even the manager knew the waiter sucked and did nothing to help. I think he made a judgment about my family from the start and chose to give bad service. Too bad for him because I'm a spectacular tipper. I spent $133 and normally would have tipped at least $40, but this waiter wasn't even worth $10. I now regret giving $20. I guess I'm the idiot.

Was a little out of place here. Went at a slow time and still felt we were under dressed. Besides them having to change out the keg for what was on tap, great service for sure. Wife sure enjoyed her dish with some to spare for the next day.

Food amazing , service ok. There was a DJ slated to play and when he started playing, the atmosphere and service went down. You could barely talk to anyone at the table and it made it difficult to even order food from the waiter.

We were recommended this restaurant by the helpful gentleman at the La Quinta Inn and he was so right. The food and the service were both great and the wine selection was really good. Worth the visit when your in Hobbs.

I haven't been here in years, mostly because the last time I went, the food was iffy. This time, the food was tasty! I tried the Philly Roll and the blackberry sangria, and both were great. They actually do sangria with wine & and brandy instead of just wine, which gives it a better depth of flavor. My companion did the build-your-own-plate chow mien & enjoyed it as well. Our server was attentive without being overbearing and knew the menu well. The ambiance was comfortable at a bar adjacent table. My friend was disappointed there wasn't trivia night anymore, but, all in all, a great experience. Thank you!
