This company uses doordash to deliver the pizzas now and the door dash driver stole the drink. Papa johns would not give me a refund because they said they couldn't refund a drink "only" even though they are responsible. Keontay the "manager" was very rude and lied and said he/she would give me a full card refund of the entire order. It has been over a week and I have never received a refund. I will never order from this company because of the way he/she handled the situation!

I’ve been getting pizza here for years and it’s always been good. Today was different and it wasn’t good. This pizza was completely different than before.So papa John’s, if you’re making changes they’re mistakes. I may try once more and this is the new standard I’ll be done.

Even with Papa John's online deals, our total came out to $34.17. Whew! That seemed a bit high. It was decent food, but I can't imagine paying full price. The garlic knots were overcooked & super greasy. Without an additional discount I somehow scored, the two medium two-topping pizzas and garlic knots would have been $37.85. We ordered a Medium Original Crust Cheese Pizza with pepperoni & mushrooms. It was okay. The Medium Original Crust Cheese Pizza with sausage & fresh spinach was even better. And of course my girls wanted to try their chocolate chip cookie ($7.99) sliced into triangles.Definitely go for the Special Garlic Dipping Sauce Cups. It made the crust all the more better.The guy working the kitchen also greeted me & took care of my order at the register as soon as I walked in. He was 5 stars all the way.His co-worker was jabbering on the phone outside in the parking lot, getting in my way when I was leaving on 8/30/2023. This is a small shop in a plaza next to the Eagle 9 movie theater. Minimal, free parking was available. Be careful leaving as folks like to Super Mario Kart their way by and there were some obstructions blocking my view.

There was a gentleman who worked here at night when I went to pick up a reorder. And he went above and beyond the call to treat me right. I've since been moved to pay this kindness forward whenever the opportunity arises??

Deliver took almost 2 hours, they kept saying 5 min on the way!!!.....can't even be honest about arrival! Pizza arrives cold and not fully cooked. Darn pizza place like 8 min away!!!! And they still expected a nice tip! Hek nooooooo! Delivery estimate was said to b 33 minutes!
