Do not have delivery with Grub Hub. They text me twice that pizza was delayed and finally after almost 2 hrs they cancelled my order because they said something went wrong. Have visited before and have to say if you pick up, pizza is great.

This Pizza Hut has actually gotten better since I first moved to Hobbs in 2022.The staff members have gotten friendlier. More efficient.The food has been typical greasy Pizza Hut.Now I'm stoked about their newest menu item - the "Cheesesteak Melt" ($6.99).On 5/10/2023, I ordered through the app as I have been for pickup.The order was ready on par (approximately 10 minutes) according to the app.Served hot and fresh every time I've came here.Sometimes they are out of certain 20 oz. drinks. Then they have 2 choices when you show up for your order.The best part is... there is a drive-through window. All of this makes it a breeze for a single working mom to bring lunch to her kids at school & eat with them at their cafeteria on Friday.

Pizza hut has really went downhill over the past few years!
I did not receive my delivery order until nearly 2 and half hours after I placed the order. I had to contact the store twice to finally be told that the delivery driver reported my order as delivered, but never brought my order to my home. I was then told that the delivery driver was no longer accepting calls from the store and her phone was turned off. I am however satisfied that the store remade my order and had another driver deliver it; but I am completely dissatisfied that I received an extra charge on my account for $10 extra dollars after my order was finally completed. I am not sure if the original driver noted that I gave a tip to them, but that is incorrect. My original total was $35.17 and I have a pending charge for $45.17 including the $10 extra charge.

Never really leave reviews but people deserved to know, ordered a pizza, 2 liter pepsi, cheese sticks & wings, my stuff didn't get delivered till like 1hr 1/2 later. I called to follow up on my order and out of 10 calls they only answered one and didn't even help! Once my order arrived pizza was cold, wings were not even good at all. Cheese sticks were alright. If i could i wouldn't even give em a 1 star review!

This is difficult to explain. 1) i didn't not actually talk to an employee. 2) the person on the phone had several dogs barking and difficult to hear her. 3) I had to repeat my order several times because of the interference. NOW*** The pizza was excellent and very hot and tasty, even yummy. I ordered plain ((maked)) bone in chicken wings. Big crispy pieces. THE FOOD AND ACTUAL DELIVERY WAS 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
