Ordered off the mobile app said it was 4-7 minutes. Got to the location and it was busy took 45 minutes to get to the drive through speaker. After stating I had a mobile order they stated it was ready and to pull forward. It then took almost another 30 minutes for me to get to the window and for the staff to tell me they couldn't make my order. I honestly feel like this location has gone down hill from what I remember it to be.

Passing through to Seminole and made a mobile order. They were very slow two cars ahead of us and took forever. Then we got our drinks our hot chocolate tasted like water and my coffee was awful very watered down no flavor and they had workers in there and was not busy like it is. Very awful do not stop at this Starbucks. Gives Starbucks a bad name. Never have I ever been to a Starbucks in many towns different places be like this one.

They gave me the wrong drink. When I told the girl at drive through it was the wrong drink she gave me a nasty attitude. They didn’t fix the drink for me so I had to go back inside to get the correct one and they purposefully filled my drink with a lot of ice just to be spiteful, even though I had originally asked for light ice. I’m calling corporate to get my refund since the employees were unwilling to help. Owners of this location need to train their employees on the importance of customer service.

This particular location has been open for many years now, and it seems they just can't get their inventory right. Almost every time we order, they are out of something and can't fulfill your order. You would think they know by now the amount of customer traffic and the most requested items sold, so perhaps order extra so you don't run out.

Never had my order messed up this bad. I ordered Chai tea with peppermint and didn't get peppermint even though I payed for it. Hot coffee was cold and breakfast sandwiches was not good. The service was friendly not good seeing my whole order was off but, the employees were friendly. We come through here a lot and will not be back to this Starbucks.

The employees are super friendly and efficient. Although it is very busy in the mornings, this makes parking difficult and causes traffic jams at the window.
