Lady that works overnight doesn't know the menu. Asked for a chicken bacon ranch and got told that it has rotisserie chicken and when I said that it doesn't was told to look at the picture of it on the menu. Had attitude probably because I was ordering early in the morning. (3:30am) That was a couple days ago. Today a coworker and I are waiting for her to come out and the pilot employee has to go ask her to come out and she tells him, "I'm on break." No sign stating she's on break or anything so we are just standing there not know what's wrong. Mind you we can hear/see her working in the kitchen. Again probably just doesn't want to work overnight. Maybe she should pick a different shift....

Asked if they offered the sub of the day deal at this location (since we didn't see any signs posted) and the employee had no idea what we were talking about. We still decided to order and then two other employees came on out to help. It was a little passed lunch time and people were still trickling in. We ordered our meals and proceeded to find a table to eat at. The dining room? It was disgusting. There were jalapeños and other toppings all over the floor. Tables were dirty dirty and the area around the soda machine was gross. The trash was about to tumble over but they weren't doing anything about it. When it died down, they just stood behind the counter talking to each other. Dirty place.
