Walked in today (4/9/24), and my GF walked ahead of me as I held the door for 2 customers exiting, and some entering. 2 people cut in front of my GF, and were seated. A group of 6 walked ahead of her, and again...they were also seated. When I walked up to my GF she was upset at the fact that she/we had beed overlooked for service. Needless to say, this ticked me off. And we walked out. I'd rather burn a steak at home than reward bad service. I probably will not be returning. The people at the podium need to get some additional training. I understand it's a fast paced job. But, there's no excuse for lack of manners/courtesy/customer service.

Service is almost always great by the servers. Greeters can sometimes feel a but overwhelmed and bothered. Food is great but music is sometimes a bit too loud. For the most part, every time we go, we have a pleasant experience. Always use the app to get in queue for waiting list, saves you time.

My wife and I have eaten at Texas Roadhouse in at least 15 cities across the United States. We love the steaks, and generally the atmosphere. Hobbs New Mexico is by far the best prepared food, caring and attentive wait staff, and awesome management. You guys have put together a great experience. Victoria, and Analiesia thank you for a wonderful meal.
Everything was wonderful, the waitress Beatriz was very friendly and attentive

Our server was very kind however a different server who brought my wife and I our salad literally pulled the salad away from me as I tried to grab it for my wife since apparently it wasn't mine.
The service was really great and the food as well, I've also noticed that every time I go there they exert themselves if there is an occasion like a game night or a birthday so that is a plus. They make you sit on a saddle and sing happy birthday to you. Fun!

Belated review from Saturday night dinner. We enjoyed sitting in the new section as it was not as noisy as the rest of restaurant. Easier on my older parent's hearing. We had a lovely server, Jenny. Very friendly. We also had an excellent conversation with Buzz, the Service Manager. Both represented the company very well. Great attitude considering a wedding party of 45 showed up and it was a very busy night. Steaks were on point and juicy too.

Very welcoming place. First time eating there and I was shocked . Staff was extremely nice helpful and came to the table just the right amount of times .Other restaurants can actually learn a bit of customer service from this place.I can see why it’s always packedAnd the food was large portions and well prepared and deliciousOnly one sauce was not what I liked but they fixed that for meI will definitely go backKid-friendliness: They do have booster chairs for the baby’s

First time in your restaurant. I live in Las Cruces and never visited T.R. before. Curiously, I read a New York Times article on how Texas Roadhouse is beating Outback in food and service. After my two visits this week , I can say I get it. The food was delicious. Service on point. Hopefully, Las Cruces Texas Roadhouse will be half as good.
