I like their food, but I am never greeted when I am waiting at the counter. My last visit, the cashier saw I pressed "no receipt," and then she just turned her back to me and leaned on the counter. Like, no "Thank you" or "Have a good day"? And the fact that I leave an 18% tip for that "service" is wild. They need better training.

I ordered 2 hot lattes with caramel and white chocolate as well as a brownie and cookie. The service was phenomenal and prompt! The drinks were delicious and the desserts were served warm but can be served at room temp. The environment is very relaxed and perfect for getting some work done, for a business meeting or for just catching up with a friend. You’ve got to try it!

service was terrible i know they are kids but maybe train them to hand out drinks so that when they give a tray out that all 4 drinks don't fall in a car that knowing their paycheck can not pay for ‼
