I like undergrounds the coffee is great but they tip themselves without asking. Listen I worked in the service industry so I get it tips are nice to have & if they had just asked I would 100% tip them but they did not. Tell me why she told me my total was $10.51 but my card was charged $16.51. Not okay. If you go make sure you ask for a receipt.

It was $25 for a tea, a red bull, & 2 bagels. Not worth it. I asked for easy ice. Twice. They gave me a cup full of ice. 2/3 of my “drink”. Ice. One person took my order and another person gave me my order. But there’s also no need to charge someone their drinks and food separate. Would recommend to go to the one on grimes.

During the holidays, I thoroughly enjoyed my "Log Cabin" latte while my kiddos sipped their small hot cocoas on a road trip to Texas.Prior to that, I enjoyed the slight sweetness of a 16-oz. hot pumpkin spice latte for $4.75 (10/4/2022). The employees are usually friendly & efficient, never pressing you to add a tip if you pay by card. This is the best coffee place in town without a doubt, it is definitely not over priced you can find a couple places cheaper but they suck and then I can also find more expensive coffee which is still not as good as Undergrounds coffee. If u don't have time for the line go in, if u still don't have that much time go to their other shop across town. I have been getting a iced caramel macchiato 5-7 days a week sometimes 2 a day for awhile now. The people are very friendly and all pretty much know what they are doin. If u want great coffee underground's is the spot for you. They have tons of other drinks to tickle your fancy. If ur hungry try the avocado on toast. Yummy

The cashiers couldn’t even get my order write after my sister told them to add the veggies to the plate of frito pie and it had too much chili and too much cheese not enough chips. We had the lady go back and give us the vegetables on the side without taking our plate back in and we didn’t even eat the veggies lol we threw that in the trash. I wouldn’t eat there ever again especially because it’s name.
