Not pleased with the service (both times when I ordered and then when I picked up the cake felt like I was interrupting their day) and it was very expensive. Ordered a birthday cake and it was so much smaller than was described to me.

I would give this place a 0 star rating if I could honestly this place is absolutely pitiful. Sat there waiting to even be acknowledged for almost 10 minutes while the children who work there sat and chit chatted to each other, even after they made eye contact to me. This is a sad excuse for a place of service, hope y’all can do better in the future. Won’t be back thays for sure. SAD!

This store is horrible, they are always out of most of the items but the thing that bothers me the most is when the staff is ignoring, arguing, making fun of, and threatening the customers the worst one is the employee named Dom!!!

Under staff, rude, un experienced, clueless staff. Terrible customer service. Corporate needs to train them well. No consistency in preparing Ice cream.

The young woman acting as the store manager is a terrible person. She cussed at my husband, children and I after we were told we could come in and get ice cream. She screamed at us saying she is the manager and could do whatever she wants.

I had a very good experience, the lady working there was very nice and made my milkshake with basically just ice cream to make sure it was thick enough. The only downside is they don't have too many flavors to choose from

Took my grandsons for an ice cream the man behind the counter was the very rude. Paid $15 for 4 scoops of ice cream. My grandson got a hollow scoop he ate in 3 bites. Horrible service I don't care how long we live on base will NEVER go there again!
Yea don't order shakes from here. I've given it two chances and both times I've gotten basically just flavored milk. Even when I tried ordering it extra thick. Very annoying. I make better shakes at home but I dont have 31 flavors in my freezer.

Who ever is running this place needs some serious training! They ARE ALWAYS OUT OF INVENTORY! ALWAYS, and we’ve given this place about 3 tries. They don’t have bananas for banana splits. The shakes taste like pure milk. We asked for a cone with nuts they’re out? OKK. Just close the store..

Ran into a bit of an issue with the cake we ordered. But the manager Libby along with her manager, were able to fix the problem quickly. The cake came out perfect! Thanks again for working so hard, and making it right.
