The drive thru was not a good day. A guy yells at me over the intercom then. When I get my order they did not offer me a top for the blizzard I ordered. And they took forever getting my food. It's usually good but the order person needs to work on eddiquite.

After I was given my food through the drive through I asked for ketchup for my fries and the employee just shut the window in my face and left. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she didn't hear me and just I waited for her to come back since there were people behind us. When she did I asked again for ketchup and was was told "were out" at which point she shut the window on me again. No apology or anything. At this point I went in the store and told that employee I wanted a refund for the fries. She slammed her hand on the bag and threw them at the garbage can behind her and said "cash or credit". I asked for a manager and told "there was not on duty and I could come back tomorrow." I asked for a name and was told "we don't give names. Asked for an employee number and was told "we don't have employee numbers". I read the name off the refund slip and she said thats not me. If the employee just used the words im sorry I wouldn't have cared. Absolutely terrible customer service. There was no need for her to act like that.

You need to better Train the people you got taking orders at the drive thru. They have major attitude and aren't kind. Rude behavior and very impatient while a elderly person i was with was trying to order. It definitely was so disrespectful. I would definitely make all your staff do a courtesy training fast because whoever you have needs to improve their people skills. He should have known better.

Everytime I go there with family or friends…whether it’s inside or drive thru- the cashier Matthias is rude. I don’t know if it’s just the way he talks but he’s rude everytime he speaks with someone. Then when someone complains he always says “do we have a problem”-“is there a problem” - my friends and family just feel on edge when they go to this DairyQueen. They like to go when he’s not working. Other than that the food is good but the service is slow and they always forget when you ask for condiments or sometimes someone’s food.

We a had a wonderful stop for lunch. Our burgers were delicious and the fries were cooked perfectly. The staff was helpful, polite and pleasant. The restrooms were clean.

Cashier mopped my feet restroom was dirty and my food. My burger had paper on top of the bun first of all the cashier was super super rude.

We were the only ones near the end of the night and the workers I encountered acted like they didn't want to be there or I was a problem because I decided to buy food at their establishment I didn't get a greeting or a thank you and no apology when I informed them of an error regarding the order. Just cold stares and the cold shoulder.This place has disappointed me numerous times before and will disappoint you too. Go to Farmington DQ instead. One of the top 3 worst customer service experiences in my entire life. Despicable service to say the least.
