Ordered from here a few times now. The food is great but the overall customer service is mediocre at best. 5 stars for taste and presentation.

My favorite place to get sushi here in Cruces. We are landlocked so fresh fish is hard to come by but Black Tie is as good as it gets. The Mesilla Valley twist on a lot their rolls makes them original and delicious. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Placed an online order , and it charged my account just to get there and them be closed. I just want to know how that works , no one answered the doors but they are open on door dash?? Do they not turn off their door dash tablet when closed ? Poor business management, the phone is disconnected SOMETIMES & No one has answered and the charge for the food was pending now it's charged and I can't get ahold of anyone who works there.

Ordered 8 rolls platter, came with spring rolls and dumplings and was pleasantly surprised! Great Sushi at reasonable prices! Will eat here again!

David and his staff of professionals ALWAYS exceed my expectations! The rice and sushi were amazing and the service was outstanding even during peak lunch hours when it was obvious that the lunch rush was in full swing! You'd do a lot worse than to order from somewhere else.
This place is awesome the sushi is Delicious.This place has the best sushi in Las Cruces.it's a real gem. Try the Stahman roll and the Picacho roll they got local flavor. Had shrimp tempura.This whole meal was the BOMB!DANGER DANGER!FYI, That green stuff is not guacamole DO NOT eat like it is.Its wasabi and it is nuclear

dont bother dining in. they totally ignore you because their focus is on their take out business. went in at noon and didnt get served until 1:30!!!! i have a business and clients and only ha ve so much time for lunch. tried again today and same attitude. terrible customer service.

I recommend everything about Black Tie Sushi. it is an awesome place to eat. great variety of sushi rolls. excellent combination meals. if you go out of there hungry it's your own fault. such reasonable prices.
