Have to edit the review. Original is below. They forgot to put one of the burgers in the bag. Mistakes happen, but I called to notify them and was hoping for a refund on the one burger or coupon for the next time, and never heard back.Original review: Ordered over the phone, quick, easy and saves you time. Paid in the store and the girl working the register was very sweet and helpful.
A nice quiet dining experience with decent priced food . Quick service and hot food , not like that Big W place with the orange and white that takes forever. Keep it up ??

I just drove 15 hours from deep East Texas. All I wanted was a hatch green chile burger. What I got was a bacon Cheeseburger, with one tiny little speck of green chili on it. If you're going to advertise a hatch green chile burger, you better put some chilies on it. We can't get green chili in Texas so I drove all the way to New Mexico and was sorely disappointed. I spend $18 on a green chili burger and got no green chili, I'm still not sure how it ended up being $18. What part of extra green chili don't you understand?

I’ve never been to a Blake’s and decided to go today. I’m kinda blind and I couldn’t see the menu. I asked for a paper menu and there wasn’t one available. I ordered the New Mexico burger and a small drink. When I received my order there weren’t any napkins available, the restaurant was freezing cold, my burger had no flavor. It needed salt and pepper. The lady at the counter wasn’t nice nor polite. This was my first time going to Blake’s, it sucked.

very disappointed. I ordered a Lotaburger combo with no onion and when I get home the first thing in that burger, I see are onion. couldn’t eat the burger because I have an allergy to onion and it was already inside the burger. And to top it off, there was a hair inside my burger as well a long hair at that. Staff definitely did not take working tonight very very serious. They all sat around talking and laughing, and could care less about the customers that were waiting for food.
