Worst wild wings franchise we’ve ever been to, most tables never cleaned so the place was filthy, service slow and sloppy, walk in and you’re ignored.. had to ask someone to clean a table to sit at. Getting carded for a drink when you’re over 60 is a joke, maybe if there was a seniors discount… awful place don’t bother!

I wish I could give zero stars. I want to start out saying there were only 2 other people sitting at the bar the bartender was not slammed despite being a fri night. I came for a beer and some wings. After ignoring me an finally getting to me she kept coming every 3 minutes asking If I wanted a drink when I said i was deciding. After I ordered my drink she continued to get the order of someone else an got their drink first. Got my drink ordered an after about 30 min food came out looking dry crusty an not warm at all like they gave me someones old one or forgotten one. I have never in my life returned food before. I ordered a beer while I was waiting on the new wings an she totally forgot it despite passing me several times trying to get her attention. when the food came out it was spicy like I asked but was super spicy an she would not fill my water as I was there dying of ? She then asked if I wanted another top shelf when I hadn't asked for top shelf on my first drink. She upsold me and then when I got my bill 2x charged me. Literally everything I asked for was wrong an had an attitude instead of being apologetic. I have never had a bad experience but will not be back.

Dang! Unfortunately the experience was great! However the food was horrible. I expressed my issue with a manager and a completely different Manager than the one i was originally delt with took it personal and was absolutely rude. I called to give her another chance and she was looking for a fight. I've been going to this location since it's been open and she lost my business. Very sad how one person can ruin a relationship like mine with my local Bdubbs...

I came in to pick up Uber eats. I came in respectfully and kindly asked for the order. The front young lady working there was really rude. If you guys don't like Uber eats, door dash, grub hub, etc do not do business with them. Customers will gladly order from somewhere else. I cancelled the order I will not be belittled by a young lady for doing my job lol.

I really like the food, It was kinda funny too cuz I ordered Nashville hot, she gave me a hotter flavor but I didn't even notice till the end that's how good it was.
Went today with the family for a late lunch around 230pm and service was horrible. We were told the wait was 15-20 min, when we were seated there were maybe 6 tables in use in the whole restaurant. We continued to sit for another 20 min before our order was taken. Food was good but we were never offered a single refill on drinks. Not planning on going back anytime soon.

Today 01/20/2024, I ordered online at 12:50 pm and it told me that my order would be available for pick up at 1:10 pm. I arrived and went inside at 1:09 pm. The girl at the front said it would be about a 10 minute wait, which was acceptable. What wasn’t acceptable was that I waiting until 1:47 pm to finally be given my food. Something of an apology or even offering me a drink while I sat there waiting in the lobby wasn’t even given. If you’re that far behind on orders, at least offer the guest something to drink or offer something for their wait. 40 minutes of sitting there for food is ridiculous. At least be honest with me on how long it’s going to take and I would’ve been less agitated.I’d also like to add that while I was sitting there, many different parties came into the restaurant and they kept being told 10-15 minute wait. To me, it appears that they were short staffed because why would there be a wait to sit at an EMPTY bar which was open seating in the past. The party wasn’t even allowed to go sit in there. Then when they did get seated, she told them that they can sit wherever they wanted. On top of that, an elderly lady who was asking for a table for just herself was told it would be a 15 minute wait. It’s football weekend, there should be appropriate staff to accommodate everyone coming in.
