Me and my wife dine out very regularly at different locations and get a mixed bag when it comes to the quality of the service and food. However, our recent visit to the Chili's restaurant in Las Cruces, NM, on March 29th, was by far one of the very best dining experiences that we have ever had! Chris was our bartender and was extremely personable and helpful. He was visibly busy but took the time to make sure we were taken care of. We will be coming back! The level of service was exceptional!

Food is great as always. The atmosphere is very inviting but sometimes service isn't the best. Sitting can take a bit and although I understand there's times when they are understaffed; they just prefer not to open up some sitting areas rather than accommodate customers.
