I'll never understand the push to raise the national minimum wage. The order said extra sauce. Not only did I not get extra sauce, but I got less than normal. My pizzas were dry and disgusting. When did following simple and clear instructions become so difficult for people? If you want your pizza to turn out wrong, by all means, order from Domino's. The only somewhat redeeming factor was the manager gave me a refund. But an apology? Nope! Still hungry, I had to waste more of my time to satisfy my pizza craving elsewhere.

I ordered a large regular crust pizza using the Domino's app, got notifications that pizza was being made, then cooking in the oven, and finally ready for pick-up. I walk into the Domino's restaurant to pick up my order and the clerk tells me it's in the oven. I had to sit 10 extra minutes waiting for the pizza. The pizza crust was paper thin except on the edge. This store is not up to standards. I've ordered and eaten many Domino's pizzas throughout the country, and this one was the worst. I will not be ordering from this Domino's restaurant anymore.

This store doesn’t currently deliver for orders under $15 according to the website, which is nonsense for disabled people, people without cars, people who can’t drive, etc. It makes certain coupons unable to be used as well, which is a bummer…

I’ve ordered from this location server Al times and always have Great customer service and my food is always good. But I place and received an order late lastnight. My order included 2 8piece of chicken that hadn’t been cook fully cooked so we weren’t able to eat them. Being that we order right before they closed I decided to wait until the shift today to inform them of what happened. I called to let the manger know but instantly after I explained I was told it’s cooked before it gets to us ? this I absolutely know of course your not dipping, battering, and frying chicken but it was done weather it was were you got it from or your oven are not working to reheat the food properly. I was just letting you guy know because someone can get really sick and the response was ok thank. ??♀️ that was poor customer service, and no concern for a customer health or well being. I know thing happen by accident all the time but please take some accountability for what you’re selling.
