Im done going to Dunkin. Ive recently gone to both Las Cruces locations and I can honestly say that I will not waste my $ there again. Their donuts have been dry and crusty as if there far from fresh both times and it was as if they were from 2 days prior. Not sure if youre trying to cut down on waste Dunkin but something isnt right. I’ll go to Bosa from now on. Best donuts by far.

Always problems with all dunkin stores in LC Worthless staff. Stood there for 5 minutes without anyone saying a word to me. Fix your worthless staff. Or fire them or shut down.
Wouldn't ever go back. The cake donut must have been there about 5 days. Hard as a rock. Donuts are not fresh. Friendly service though.

I don't think I've had a single good experience at this Dunkin location. Every time I've gone, they're out of a ton of menu items. Last time we were there at 10am, they had no donuts, no cream cheese, and their toaster was broken. The time before that, they had no donuts, no eggs for sandwiches. Etc. I understand if there are items out of stock occasionally. But this is a donut and bagel shop. How do you not have donuts or cream cheese half the time? Either the person doing inventory is doing a poor job, or the staff are just being lazy and saying they're out of items to avoid having to make them. I'm inclined to lean towards a staff issue because all the items we've been served during any visit have been made with hate, not love. Sandwiches thrown together and falling apart, coffee half filled, bags filled so much the food gets smashed. This store needs corporate to step in and take over asap.
