The manager who was on shift Thursday around 1200 PM, was unprofessional, rude and should find another place to work other than customer service. Dunkin, implement mandatory customer service training at this location PLEASE.

Some of the girls here are so rude I feel almost embarrassed for them ? especially since I am their age and would never act that way. Every time I go through drive thru, the person behind the speaker has a bad attitude even when I am being polite as I always am to any workers. When arriving to the speaker I always get “ what can I get you” in a super rude tone & when finished with my order I get “pull forward” just completely rude. Not to mention the way they talk in general while you are trying to order. However the food is usually great , I will continue to go in hopes of getting different people at the speaker.

WORST customer service, girls at the speaker are extremely rude don't know if she's the one with glasses that charges sometimes who is also btw extremely rude. one of the girls names apparently is "olivia" unless I was given a fake name. They make fun of customers as well , do not recommend

Donuts were old and stail. Definitely not fresh at 830 in the morning. Service was awful. Girls were all chatting and laughing. Ignoring people at front wanting to order. Messy front area and tables. I would not recommend you visit this

The chocolate cream filled doughnut had a microscopic amount of chocolate cream
Went this morning to get coffee, I had ordered 3 drinks total. The guy at the window handed me 2 drinks only, when I asked him about my 3 rd drink he said I had only ordered 2 and he only charged me for 2. I repeated my ordered to him, he closed the window and talked to the girls that were standing by the donuts. He came back and charged me for the 3rd drink (which was fine because I hadn’t pay for it yet) he then handed the drink to me and I left. When I got to work I sipped on my drink and it was not what I ordered. I checked the label they put on the cup and realized he just gave me somebody else’s drink and just put the label of my order on top of the other label. I didn’t bother to go back and complain, didn’t have the time nor energy to argue with them. But this was just pure laziness from them, I’ll probably won’t be back to this location, and stick to the one on Lohman.

Was served expired ice coffee, so I stopped visiting for a week. I returned and it seems they've gotten worse. They're always out of espresso and they weren't very friendly during visit. Will not visit any Dunkin Donuts in Las Cruces for awhile. Perhaps when (if) I return, they will be better.

Slow. Understaffed. First time I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a morning coffee. Next time I waited 25 minutes inside for a morning coffee. Absolutely ridiculous!!
