Convenient restaurant in the hotel. The food is kind of ok, the price is not awful. You pay a slight premium for the convenience.

This place was a fascinating labyrinth. Couldn't take enough pictures. The enchiladas montadas Rojas were awesome. Will definitely go back.

Had a delicious breakfast while staying at Encanto. The highlight of the meal was our delightful server,Max. Attentive, charming conversationalist and great sense of humor. This gal should have her own cafe; we would visit often and support her !

Nice dog friendly hotel. Stayed one night and ordered room service. The meal was very good.

Stayed at Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces for a weekend gateway and we never left the hotel and ate all our meals here and they were all delicious. My favorite was probably the Huevos Ranchero's for breakfast. Friendly staff, beautiful setting, good food, what more could you want?

So I don’t know if drinks or food are good here because my order never came, there were about 5-6 tables and only one server, so I imagined I would wait for quite some time... patio itself (and inside area) looks very nice and I wish it was better organized. But I am going to go there again and hopefully eat and drink there))

Sometimes you just need a quick night's getaway to forget work and everything that weighs on your shoulders. I cannot recommend enough the hospitality and accommodations at Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces, it's just a quick 45 minute drive from El Paso. You don't even need to leave the hotel because the restaurant, Mezcal, serves delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner.

If you are looking for someplace to dine during the pandemic that offers outdoor dining, a great ambience and specular food, try MEZCLA in the Hotel Encanto. Their friendly staff, excellent service and culinary delights make it the perfect place to enjoy a little time away from home. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast and are looking forward to trying more of Chef Spring's unique menu items.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS BEWARE!!! My daughter stayed here one night via hotels.com and was asked for her credit card as deposit. The hotel charged my card 27.50 (two times) = 55.00 even though she did not buy anything. I've been still trying to get a refund from these thieves for over two months. I have a long list of emails from the hotel where they say they will take care of it then never do. Now they have given up and told us to just get a refund by disputing the charge. Easier said than done during COVID - so now we just have to get screwed by this hotel because of their DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

We found this place by accident when we were looking for a place to stay last minute. We were driving from California to Texas and were just too tired to drive all the way through so thought Las Cruces would be a good place to stop. We made reservations about 30 minutes before we arrived, and when we got there, were greeted by a friendly smiling face. They checked us in and gave us our key. We went up to the room and were impressed by the size of the room and how clean it was. I have a hard time sleeping in a bed that isn't mine, but either the bed was very comfy or we were extremely tired because it was the best sleep I've had in a hotel. Needless to say we will be staying here again on our current trip back from California. Highly recommend this place.

Been to this hotel a few times. Mediocre at best. Today I found out they kicked Gretchen Wilson out... who kicks Gretchen Wilson out of anywhere? I'll never stay at this hotel again keep your mediocre rooms.

Rooms need updating. There wasn't any bath towels. Carpets dirty and drapes about to fall down and windows need cleaning. The hall carpets need a good vacuuming. No frig or microwave so if you are looking for more amenities such as breakfast, this place is not for you but the grounds and pool area is very nice.
