So the ratings are only affected because my last experience was a let down. Jack in the box is a craving not a total desire but when it's craved you have to get it! We went through drive through placed our order no problem; until we got to the window. "We were JUST told we ran out" was what we heard after waiting in the drive through for 20+ minutes. I do have to say though during placing the order they were pleasant and professional, even at the window!

The service is fast but the staff is not very friendly, the food is acceptable, nothing out of the ordinary, in the breakfast package they give you an apple juice, it is very small, you finish it in two drinks, the burrito is worth eating, it comes with an egg ,

Something very unpleasant happened to me, I ordered from the drive thru my hamburger and when I was ready to eat the hamburger the meat was almost raw. I felt very disgusted and decided to throw it away.
