I received an order around 12:45 by a young girl with a black mask on the other day and this girl was the rudest, most unprofessional, and dismissive person I've ever met, even before she arrived i called saying my order is late and they said the driver "isela" is on the way. After her blatant disrespect and rudeness I called to complain and was told I'd get a complimentary order, and when I called to redeem my order the manager said my names not in "the book". It saddens me to say this because I love jimmy johns, but I will not be ordering here anymore. This location used to be great!

Love this place. I usually get the veggie with kikin ranch. They discontinued it and haven't updated the menu, so my husband had a hard time ordering my usual and they weren't clear about it being discontinued, they kept telling him they didn't have it so aside from this this place is pretty bomb.

And I think to myself, "Steve...that was pretty quick," so I check what time I placed my order on the phone. After all I described, I ordered it 15 minutes ago

The main Jimmy John's website automatically placed my order to this store, which doesn't make sense, but I didn't have an option to pick a store with the new website updates. The manager of the store voided my order, since it's out of their radios. Fine, but at least let me know. Literally sat through lunch waiting for a delivery.Just another bad experience with this restaurant chain, which is a shame because the sandwiches are good sure to the plethora of customization options.

Place is clean, tables bussed. Remind me to bring a sweater. Sandwich fine, service OK, but the 3rd time I have been here when the AC is turned WAY down- enough to make you want to leave after 10 minutes. They play the music loud, so you have to raise your voice to have a conversation. Hey, its a restaurant, not a pub, guys! Set the AC up a bit! Go 2 volume clucks down on the music, too..Parking: Large lot, plenty of space

Waited 20 minutes in the drive-through line for two sandwiches. When I got to the window, I questioned what was taking so long. The employee stated that he had a big order to make for a certain time. I asked the employee how long would be for my order. Employee stated, "I don't know." Why didn't you tell that you had a large order to fulfill before I ordered? No answer. Drove off with no food or apologies. Freaky Fast.....Not!!!!!!
