This place is the worst. Even with tipping well, they just don't give a ph**k when they make orders, and they are lazy and rude. Really horrible experiences and will no longer order our office's lunches from them. UGH.Parking: Just a spot or two here for parking.

A while back, in placed an online order for pick-up. It was not ready by the time it said it should be. The most frustrating part was that, while I was standing there waiting, people were walking in, ordering, and leaving with their order. I had placed my order well in advance for a reason. When I spoke with the employees, they were unapologetic and rude.Vegetarian options: One sandwich, but it's customizable and delicious.

One star because it's not clean, the menu isn't clear so make sure you ask what's on the sandwich you're getting unless you eat everything then have at it, the dudes who work here are weird and there's a bullet hole in the back entrance which is odd and the sweet tea isn't sweet or it's old idk

JJ is always my go-to when I need to order lunch to the office. Inexpensive for those of us on a budget. The food is always correct, and delicious. However, my last order from here was on August 18 and my delivery charge was only $1.75. Today I ordered, and my delivery charge had gone up 150% to $4.50. If I had an extra $5 to spend on delivery, I certainly wouldn't order Jimmy Johns. Sadly, this will be my last delivery order from JJ. Thanks for all the amazing and INEXPENSIVE office lunches. See you in the next life.
You CANNOT miss a delicious sandwich at Jimmy Johns- my favorite The Vito is so awesome, the bread is so fresh and I always make it my way with no tomatoes. Super friendly staff, and quick! This store is really convenient to NMSU, all you students listen up!

We are visiting las cruces. They served my daughter a horrifying rotten chicken wrap. It literally made her sick. We spoke to the manager Kevin about it. He blank stared us and said “I made it” what more do you want”. But after talking to him we realized he wasn’t really there. Something was wrong with him for sure. We asked for the district managers number and he said they don’t have one. Lol. Stay away from this place.

Sandwiches are always good, bread and veggies are fresh! If you're placing an order online expect to wait anywhere from 30-60 minutes! Ordered my food at 11:45 (as soon as possible option) and my lunch got here at 12:45! Even when you select a time it's never on time either way. When you call to check the status of your order they just say oh yeah we're backed up, your order is on the way meaning 15 -20 min later.. won't be ordering from them anymore.

Food is fresh and $9 for a square roast beef wheat sandwich ...no drink... 4 people behind the counter and it took 5 minutes for my one item order. 3 pm Thursday. Two other customers were waiting like me. I should have asked for the bread toasted. I will return

Please close down and have jersey mikes replace yall. Tried convincing myself for 45 to just go and get a sandwich but cant bring myself to spending good money on rock bread and terrible sandwiches.
