Put mobile breakfast order in at 10:50 and payed for it as well pulled up at 11 to pick it up and they told me they didn’t make it bc I showed up at 11 I would’ve rather them tell me they’re just lazy and didn’t want to make breakfast

We ordered a double green chile hamburger and a double cheeseburger and coffee ☕. My husband and I are coffee ☕ drinkers. We drank our first cup of coffee ☕ and it was good. Went up to get a second cup of coffee ☕ for my husband and I. The young lady said they were making fresh. I said, "We will wait for it to brew." But when we received our coffee ☕ my husband was fine but my was so sickly strong. I truly believe that they were brewing the coffee ☕ and stuck the cup under as it was brewing to be able to deliver the coffee ☕ sooner. PLEASE LET THE COFFEE FINISH BREWING BEFORE GETTING THE COFFEE ☕ McDonald's please teach this to your staff.Kid-friendliness: Indoor playground for children.

Idk what was wrong with the girl handing out food in the drive through at around 10 am on Sunday the 17th 2024, but she had the most disturbing look on her face that I've ever seen in my life. She never smiled once, and didn't respond to any language we spoke whether it was English or dothraki. She just kind of stared into our eyes as if the cogs in her tiny head had gotten stuck. Fortunately she was able to muster up enough energy in her noodly arms to hand us our food, just not enough energy to smile. And we know you love to see us smile but we love to see that from you too.

It takes the employees forever to come to the front counter to take your order. I guess they want you to use the kiosk.
Stopped in yesterday. Cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to! Service was outstanding. Someone cleaning windows and tables and child play area. Actually brought my food to the table after ordering from the kiosk. I stopped going to the McDonald's in El Paso long ago. They are dirty, no one cleans tables in between and no one brings your food to you. You have to go in search of it.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life McDonald's on lohmen 8:00 pm 2/23/24 I ordered a hot mocha i went into get my order was telling them my code they told me codes only work in drive through I showed her the code on my phone and she took my phone from me went through it and asked me who sent me the code REALLY? Moral of the story is I never got my mocha or a refund or an apology. The worst customer service ever. And what sucks this is not the first time. What are you going to do McDonald's what is the point of this platform if you do nAnything about it we pay for a service you stand so highly on fix this it's ridiculous already.

I went in the other day and ordered at the kiosk, and after about 20 minutes of waiting I still hadn't heard my number or been brought my food. I went to ask about it and all THREE people I spoke to swore up and down that my order hadn't been processed and the money that had been withdrawn from my account would be refunded in a few hours. Nothing more was done. I didn't get my food, and I just checked my bank statements, and sure enough, THE TRANSACTION WAS PROCESSED FULLY AND MY MONEY IS GONE. I WANT A REFUND.
