Horrible! Ordered through the app. Wouldn't let me check in curbside. OK. Had to go in. No big deal. Tried to show the cashier my order on the app and the fact it wasn't letting me check in. Order is obviously paid for. She tries her attempt at i.t. I tell her I know how to troubleshoot apps. I already tried doing all of that. Then she says, "I'm not going to give you free food." I say that's so dumb, I already paid for it. She storms off. I know I looked homeless coming in. The whole point of curbside was so I didn't have to get dressed up. I'm a mom. My kids finally let me nap today. After my nap, I wanted to treat them to letting me nap. Damn it! The manager comes over and gives me my son's happy meal. The girl that tried to help me today - don't treat your customers like that. I make more money than you, just because I don't dress the part don't assume. I don't need to scam McDonald's for a happy meal lady. What a joke!

Way overpriced for this area. Minus the homeless people It's a clean place. But the horrible customer service from the cashier and lack of comphrension is not worth paying the $13 for a Big Mac Meal. The fact that the manager would not keep the cashiers attitude in check or acknowledge what happened was disappointing.
I recently stopped at this McDonald's during a road trip. The restaurant was impressively clean, including the bathrooms. We opted for a quick grab-and-go meal, ordering from the convenient kiosks. The staff efficiently handed us our meals. However, the presence of a few individuals made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a clean and convenient stop for a quick meal on the go.
