Went there the other day and a young lady took my order and my money. I went to the next window was told to move up by the trash and wait . About 5 car getting their orders went by so I went in to complain I was given a cold hamburger never again will I go there.

McDonald's must not hire literate employees anymore. 95% of my orders have errors in them. Just picked up dinner for me and my daughter. Missing a hamburger. Missing a kids fry in her Happy Meal (ordered 2 of the fries for her meal). Also specified the toddler toy as she's 2yrs old. Got the older kids toy instead. Utter-fricking-insanity that the employees can't read a simple GD order. Would use another one, but it's the closest one to my house.

Once again, this location served up poor quality food. Ordered at the drive thru at 3:20 this afternoon 2 Big Mac's, both had hardly any lettuce, or Mac Sauce. One had a big hole in the patty, a hair in what little sauce there was on it and a stale bottom bun. No onion on either. Asked for crispy fries, got cold, stale ones. Not sure what the fail here is. Even going in doesn't help, have asked for dehydrated onions on the side on more than one occasion, and I always check the bag because either you don't get the onions you ask for at all or you get the sliced ones. Very, very disappointing, the quality of this food is beyond poor. The Main street and Avenida de Mesilla locations never have this problem. Shameful.
Just a warning. Some of the staff are very rude. Me and my sister went by here to get 2 combos. I only get 1 and I told them I ordered 2. And they told me “well we only charged you for 1” and gave me annoyed looks and didn’t do anything. I left but I go back again later just for them to tell me they weren’t taking any orders because “the system was down” but they were still taking orders! I don’t know what I did honestly. I wasn’t rude, or an inconvenience. Trust me I work for fast food. I know what it’s like, but all I wanted were some McFlurrys :(
