On our trip to Las Cruces, NM, this week, my family and I stopped here for lunch. The service is always great and the ambiance too. The wait to be seated was only 10 min., during their busy lunch time. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Our food was served fast and it was hot . The breadsticks with a side of Alfredo sauce are the Best. Our waitress made sure we had enough breadsticks and Alfredo sauce , without us even asking for it. The food here is always delicious. We've been coming to Olive Garden for a long time, since when we lived in Calif. I'm so happy that Las Cruces also has an Olive Garden, even though we have to drive 1 1/2 hours to get here.I would highly recommend Olive Garden to anyone, to stop and enjoy an Amazing dish for lunch or dinner.

Food was good, waitress was ok. The poor girl was pretty new. The atmosphere was not the best when we went there. The Edgers were talking about their weekend and cussing in the aisle next to a table with children. The carpet was really dirty and the electrical devices on the table took up too much room. I'm 6'4" and 230lbs so it was tight seating for me.

I called in ahead of time to place a dinner order after a very long day at work, and someone answered but put me on hold. I sat on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up thinking they were busy so I will just order when I get there. I walked in and there was no line, not many people in the restaurant, no signs of it being busy at all. There was a group of about 5 or 6 employees hanging out and talking in the front.My thing is I’m a very understanding person but I feel like it’s clear that I was just ignored when I called in. It only took me 8 minutes to get there from when I hung up the phone so I doubt it was super busy and died down to being kind of slow within 8 minutes. It just seemed rude and I was really annoyed when I walked in to see it wasn’t busy.

Seems like the staff cannot pack up an order correctly! I ordered lunch for my staff and they left out all the soups and salads. But this happens consistently! Happened to me a few weeks ago! Got home and a whole entree was missing. I live on the outskirts of town and the gal wanted me to drive all the way back to replace my order. I couldn’t drive back into town. I had just had major surgery and I wasn’t going to be driving all over town!

This has got to be the worst service we have ever had we got salad with dirty dishes asked for clean dishes never got them ate. out of the bowl it came in never got our food walked out will never go there again worst restaurant should be shut down
I did really enjoy the salad; except the slices of onions were massive. Otherwise the server was as busy as he could handle which finally did get into his groove towards the 3rd quarter of the meal... The food was the best part of my experience.

What can I say about Olive Garden that has t been said! The food is very consistently good. Here in New Mexico you can request that Hatch Green Chile’s be added to your dish, which is great! I had the shrimp scampi, with Hatch green chile added. Super delicious! Service is very good and atmosphere is what you would expect at any Olive Garden anywhere, very nice!

We come here regularly and sit in the bar area. Waitstaff are always fabulous and very friendly. The food at this location comes out hot and fresh and they manage to make the spaghetti perfectly al dente every time. For a chain restaurant this is one of the best locations I’ve been to.Vegetarian options: Eggplant parmigiana, cheesy pastas and more are good choices for vegetarians here.
