Do not order from here they don't care about your wasted time or making anything right!I would leave less than 1 star if I could. What a mess.Placed an order online for delivery and was immediately called by an employee who informed me that they would be canceling the order. They said this is because they only had one driver (a new guy who was taking a long time) to complete my order so they had "closed early". When I asked if they could offer some sort of compensation for the inconvenience, they said that they couldn't because "they didn't make the order incorrectly so they can't do anything about it".Never will I order from them again, this is not how you treat your customers. I filed a complaint online and was sent an email, which I have attached. This is absolute nonsense.Will be following up with corporate and see if they can do anything about it.

Very disappointed in the service provided by this location this last time. I ordered from this location at least once a month, however I will no longer use them. I placed an order and never have I had issues with my food being delivered. I have always use the same address that is saved on the app. I checked status of my order, it showed it was being delivered, a few minutes later I get call from driver saying that they can’t find address. I tried to verify address with driver and he kept cutting me off saying that the number on the address were not important. I will take my business elsewhere going forward.

**If ZERO stars was an option, it’d be here.Jasmine is the store manager of this location and stated to me that as a store manager she could do nothing for me when she made the executive decision to have chosen to send my order via DoorDash, which was specifically NOT an option I selected—She also admitted to having many issues w DoorDash drivers picking up customer’s orders and keeping them for themselves, while customer’s never receive their orders.This is absolutely unacceptable and 100% avoidable by having their delivery drivers simply deliver the orders just as customers select!Jasmine laughed at mine and my family’s concern and disapproval w this, as if it were a laughing matter, and offered no assistance other than refunding my order, which is clearly Not what we wanted, having chosen this pizza store for a reason!? And let me just say, this has happened one other time to my family several months ago, and we just thought to give them another chance. Clearly, this was a mistake and we will no longer order from this restaurant again.This store manager could NOT be more unprofessional! Choose wisely when deciding to order from this Papa John’s store in Las Cruces, NM.

Pizza is great from here! Service is fast, efficient and friendly! Always great carry-out deals!Only a place for delivery, or pick up/carry out. Not a place to eat at. But the place is clean, the service is fast, and the food is good!

This Papa Johns is amazing! I accidentally placed the order ahead carry-out on the wrong day and didn't know until I came in to pick it up, but they made it for me no problem!I appreciate people like these employees!! Food tasted great as well. Thank you

The pizza wasn't as delicious as I was expecting it to be. For some reason it's not the same anymore and I prefer pizza from Peter Piper's or NYP or Roadrunners pizza. But I'm getting tired of Papa Johns something changed with their pizza cause it's not the same anymore.
