For starters, I am a coffee junkie. No matter where I go, the first question is, where can I get a great cup of coffee? I’ve had coffee in More than half the states in the US, and countries far and wide. When I’m asked, what is my favorite coffee, it’s always the same answer, Pacho Coffee.I now live in Colorado and have tried all the local roasted coffee I can find hoping to develop a local supply. In the end, I continue to do a monthly order from Picacho. I have probably tried every blend they offer, and I’m never disappointed. What an incredible source of consistently great roasted coffee beans. Still my main stay and worth the cost of shipping, without a doubt. Just finished a very large cup of Planadas…wow!!!

Perfect spot to get your morning coffee fix. We tried their latte and avocado toast. Latte was so delicious; made just the way I like it with touch of honey. They had oat milk as milk alternative. The avocado toast was really good too. Excellent service and friendly environment. Highly recommend!!

Serious roasters and they love vinyl. One of the best espressos I have ever had. Hit them on the way out or into El Paso.

We stopped in twice during our 3-night stay in Las Cruces. The employees were very kind! The cherry cold brew was delicious, as was the loaf of bread we bought (turns out they make fresh loaves on Saturday, so don’t always have bread on Friday for toast). They were even willing to make us avocado toast from the loaf we purchased and to sell us a pint glass of oat milk. Will definitely stop in again next time I’m in Cruces.

I haven't been to every coffee shop in the area, but I wouldn't be surprised if this is the best one. Solidly 3rd wave, has dry processes south American coffees I love, does the little things that add up the right way. Exactly the type of place I hope to stumble into while traveling the country.

The coffee here as is good as it gets, and the bread and baked goods were excellent. With the chill vibes and friendly folks, I’ll be sure to stop here next time I’m in town!
