First off, the Lady working was extremely nice and helpful. On top of that the food was delicious, some of the best poki i’ve had. Definitely recommend this over the other poki truck in town.

I’ve definitely eaten here a couple of times and the food here is amazing I will keep coming back there easy access specially for a truck driver. I’m able to pull off on the side of the road and enjoy food that is like a home cooked meal.. I do recommend this place for anyone to enjoy

2 vegans here, we were visiting Las Cruces looking for late lunch and found the Poki food truck. Had bowls with tofu. So good! Very friendly and fast service too. Recommended. We'll be back next time we're in Cruces

High quality and so much food you’ll be full for the rest of the day. The food is delicious. I always get the classic poki poke bowl and it is the best poke in las cruces and probably some of the best I’ve ever had. The man who owns the truck gives you quality food every time. It is expensive but like I said, you won’t be hungry for a while after. The smoothies are delicious…definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area near downtown and want something other than Mexican food

This place makes the best poke in town! It makes perfect sense why they’ve stayed in business when other poke places have not. I love all the ingredients they have and the quality. They have always given decent protein portions, never shorted me. Super friendly staff! 10/10 can’t go wrong with anything you choose from this place.

I was a frequent customer of the Poki Truck for years. I sure missed it during the time it was not in service but I'm sure glad I've located the Original Poki Truck on Solano / Poplar. I was somewhat confused of the black box on Lohman that is tryiing to name themselves as The Poki Poke. The bowls and smoothies are the very best. The service is so friendly. I will definitely be back and glad I found the truck.

It was my first time so I was a novice when it came to picking out my bowl, but the workers were so welcoming and informative ☺️ The price is also extremely reasonable considering how much you get per bowl, especially with how nice quality the ingredients are. Can't wait to visit again!
